Hot on the hells of the huge 2.9.0 release comes this small incremental that fixes a few issues:
- Phaser.Tilemap#setTileIndexCallback now correctly removes a callback when
nullis passed. - Fixed Emitter#counts not counting.
- Fixed missing TypeScript return values (#382).
