I've been posting news to the Phaser site for 5 years now and over that time I've seen it used for some pretty unique things aside from games. Pickupon certainly falls into this category. It's an infographic bot designed for visualizing your Slack team map.
You can create floors and rooms, assign team members their own avatars, and then visualise where the team are, what they're doing and what state they are in (i.e. busy or away) - it reminds me a little of Game Dev Story, except driven by your Slack team. It's still in alpha phase but I'm curious to see where this leads.
