Grindhead Games has released a new boilerplate specifically for using Phaser CE and Angular CLI (a command line interface for Angular.) The webpack configuration has been exposed, enabling more control over the build process.
Installation is straight forward, as you'd expect and there's a development server, code scaffolding, unit tests and end-to-end tests using protractor.
