In Fun Game Play Plumber Game you must rotate the pipes to complete the puzzle and get water to the other side. There are two modes, level mode and timed mode.
At first glance at the screen shots you may mistake this for a copy of the classic puzzle game Pipe Mania (or Pipe Panic in the US) but it's actually quite different. The pipe pieces are fixed on the board already, and all you can do is rotate them. The level mode doesn't put any time pressure on you, so you can just keep twiddling pipes until you figure it out, but the timed mode is a lot more challenging.
