What happens when my trial ends?

Your subscription will automatically convert to your selected paid subscription at the end of the trial period. You will be emailed by Stripe 3 days before you are charged.

Who handles your payments?

We use Stripe to handle all payments. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

I thought Phaser was free and open-source?

It is and it always will be. However, Phaser Editor is a commercial product built to create games powered by the open-source Phaser game framework.

Will Phaser Editor stop working if I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Phaser Editor is a subscription based service. However, any games you may have created while using Phaser Editor will still work. Games are not tied to the subscription, only the Editor is.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes! We provide the ability to cancel directly from your account page, or you can do so from the Stripe site itself.

How many Support calls do I get?

You have 30 minutes worth of video-based support per month. Un-used time does not roll over. There is no limit on email based support.

When will those roadmap items be available?

We are working hard to bring these features to you as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee a specific date. You're welcome to email us to enquire about the status of any feature, or ask us on Discord.
